I appreciate the philosophy and ideas behind reducetarianism. For the benefit of our health and the future of our environment, the benefits of a more plant based diet can't be ignored. This book has a lot of good recipes to introduce people to new ideas, different foods and new ways of eating. Although I haven't made these exact recipes yet (but I will!), I have made some similar foods because my daughter decided to become vegetarian several months ago. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to reduce their consumption of animal products!
